Hello!

That's a kind of a short break in drawing 'Galadriel'... I think that this pastel was made before a Christmas Eve in 2014... I drew it for someone. 

I found a nice photography of Polish beach in one magazine and - inspired by this photography I made this pastel. 

You know... 

Pastel isn't perfect but I love a blue colour.

That's all.

Galadriel- adventure with Gimli, scissors and hand

Well, I'm still drawing a Galadriel. Recently, I took time out to draw her. So I'm going to present some ideas before the break.

At first I made a probable Gimli's profiles on another paper...

... and next I started reconsidering which one (profile) could be better. I'm still thinking about it and still don't know... Finally, I must solve this problem :-D

'Galadriel'- next chapter of adventure

As you see, I really wanted to hint somehow a Gimli's presence... You could see it in this picture (but now he was erased by rubber). Not only you could see a probable Gimli's profile, but also you could noticed a changes in Galadriel's appearance. Do you see a difference?

• Her hairstyle. I wanted to make her hair more beautiful and fine. I even prelongated them a little bit. Obviously, she holds a long wisp of hair. In addition, I erased an unruly fringe.
• Her dress. I decided to show Galadriel in a plain, gossamer and delicate dress. Especially, I changed her neckline (plus, I added a decorative sash, made from a pretty delicate material; sash is pinned by a tiny buttons) and long sleeves. 
• I also draw a Galadriel's foot. So you could notice Galadriel in motion.
• I also wanted to draw her reaching for a scissors, so...

Hello!

In the break of creating a Galadriel, I decided to show you my version of Summer personification. Honestly, I'm so dissapointed of this drawing... I haven't got any idea, so it could be the reason of appearance of this dress... I overacted with colours...

I want to leave a blond- haired girl with blue eyes... probably, I will definetely change her dress... because I think that idea about repeating the '4 seasons' cycle sounds very nice.

'Galadriel' - the beginning of an adventure

I see a next long story on the horizon... I wanted to draw this well- known character from 'the Lord of the Rings'. Honestly, it's not the first time when I drew a Galadriel... I don't remember a first drawing but I remember a next ones. I decided to show 2 of them.

Well, you see... I had got a trouble with picturing a topic... I even drew a Galadriel with England from 'Hetalia' (there was a time, I was very interested in this anime and honestly, 'Hetalia' sometimes was for me a source of inspiration- in this case, I had got an idea of drawing a country's personifications from Hetalia with characters from a books connected with any country... I didn't finish this project and honestly, I don't want to finish it).

Yesterday, I saw a wonderful colours in the morning... a cloudy sky was amazingly blue and that blue colour created something wonderful with colours of trees (green, red, orange) and with a dark colour of a distant hill...

Yesterday, in the evening I took a pastels and cardboard... and I draw this from my memory! Well, I still consider that my sketch isn't as great as I memorized (for example, the green trees should be more dimmed).

Dress of Winter

Hello!

This is my idea about dress of Winter.

Her dress is decorated by icicles... I imagined a personification of winter in a blue and white dress with icicles... but I wasn't sure to colour of her hair (blond? black?)... And finally, I decided for black haired personification of winter (you know, in my cycle of 4 seasons I wanted to make every personification special and unique).

It would be nice to draw them again... because I still think that I could draw them better...

This is a poison dart frog- that exotic frog from my lists of 'drawing-aims' on the side panel. 

One day, I found a sketch of this frog which I made basing on one amazing photo in magazine. And I decided to finish this drawing, to make it complete... but now... when I'm looking at this picture, I still think that it isn't finished...

Hello! 

After a short break, I decided to show you my idea about a comment on one of Bruno Ferrero's stories (in Polish edition). It was a story about a little girl who consolated with her neighbour whose daughter suddenly died (little girl cried with her neighbour). In a comment to this story, especially I was touched by one quote: 

'Everybody are angels with one wing: only when we embrace the other human do we can fly.' **

So... I made an illustration to this quote.

Sisters - the Last Chapter

I started to colouring the background... I must say, that I'm really proud of this tree, this oak... maybe in some places, I added too much black colour but at last, I'm glad.

Today is raining and winding... that's a reason of added here a picture with personification of Spring... This drawing is a part of my little cycle 'The personifications of 4 seasons'. And well... I wanted to draw this cycle one more time... in the future... Well, I must tell you, that the most studied personification by me is Autumn (the next one is Spring... Summer and Winter aren't as studied as Autumn and Spring... unfortunately. I must change it).

This picture is showing my image of this personification: long, red, curly hair with wreath and of course, beautiful green dress with flower pattern... 

I like this conception as much as the Autumn one... 

something strange with Japanese Girl...

As a short break in story about 'Sisters' I presented you my strange draft of Japanese wearing kimono... 

Honestly, I have no comment for the Japanese girl's background...

Well, at first I draw a girl in kimono by dark red crayon and next I used other colours to supplement the picture... secondly, I draw a strange ornaments in background... next I used a pen for drawing a mystery lady with short hair and those squares...

This is my last version before colouring by crayons... 

I want to tell you something about this tree... at first I thought about cherry blossom (that's because of my fascination of Japanese culture) - I wanted to draw this tree because of its delicacy and beauty... but... I wasn't glad about this idea...

So I decided to draw an oak.

Sisters - the next chapter of this story

Hello!

In this next chapter I'll show you my ideas about 'Sisters' appearance and gesticulation. I'm sorry about quality of photos... I corrected a hairstyle of sister from the left side of picture and tried to make something with her arm (you could notice this in this photo above the text but I wasn't glad at all about it...).

Finally, I draw her: she is keeping her hand on her sis's back. I draw them a costumes. When I finished drawing by a pencil, I continued my drawing by two black pens...
