HELLO!
Here comes the 15th comic strip from series "the Four Seasons in Four Frames" (in short: 4 in 4).
This time there are 2 main heroines of the story. One of them is Spring, and the Second One is Summer.
Plus, there are also Autumn and Winter as supporting characters.
PLOT:
On the eve of the summer solstice Seasons attend a small ritual prepared by Spring and Summer.
As always, you will find the translation of bubbles below the comic strip.
ENJOY!
FIRST FRAME:
Summer: Quite a few people have already come.
Spring: It's great to see you on Kupala Night!
SECOND FRAME:
Autumn: It's nice to look at the way the fern flower blooms.
Winter: The fact is I hope that icicles will melt...
FOURTH FRAME:
Spring: I wonder if anybody will be able to find the fern flower?
The events of this comic strip fluctuate around the traditions of Kupala Night and the legendary fern flower. All of the Seasons have got their own wreaths. By "a small ritual" mentioned in "PLOT" I mean a moment when the fern flower blooms thanks to magical abilities of Spring and Summer. During creating this story I imagined this particular moment as a kind of a changeover between Spring and Summer.
Below there's a full version of 15th comic strip.
