 HELLO!

Today I would like to present the new work from the series Wild Fantasy. This series consists of the black-and-white pictures with colourful accent, made with pens. 

The ideas for these pictures come from doodles. You see, I like doodling so much, and sometimes I create something which starts living rent-free in my imagination. These doodles depict ladies in fancy outfits with colourful accent, accompanied by animals, and sometimes by plants (it depends from the background chosen for the picture). On the right sidebar of this blog there is a list "My Series", and here You may see the previous works of Wild Fantasy, if You are interested.

So, after this short introduction let's start a story about the Wild Fantasy's new work with brown accent.

So, one day I draw quite a fascinating rigout - a white blouse with 3 ornamental strips, and a brown skirt with one ornamental strip in lower part.

These 2 doodles show the original idea for an outfit. As You may see only hairstyle was changing. At some point I came up with an idea of straight bob for my figure.

Gradually, I started transfering my concept on a paper. For quite a bit my biggest problem was a setting for my picture. In what kind of environment should I put my model? I was searching through various potential inspirations in the Internet. And finally, I found a lovely photo on Twitter.

A mentioned photo was showing one of the charming streets of Dinan, city in Brittany, in France. I got tempted by the thought of trying to draw this street with these buildings.

During the creative process I decided to add dachshunds as curious companions of a lady in a brown outfit. The only reason I drew them was just me associating these cute dogs with the brown colour.

I chose as a title cosy stroll. It is the main theme of my work. A lady is enjoying her walk in the charming city with well-preserved medieval past. For some reason dachshunds decided to join in, maybe they think that lady's having something delicious in her basket.
