Have a Nice Day!

Hello!

This time I want to show you a drawing of young Japanese woman in kimono. She's sitting under the cherry blossom trees. She's also holding a cup of sake. A tiny flower petal fell to her cup (I read somewhere that it means a good luck).
I'm sorry for a bad quality of photography. I'm not sure if you'll be able to notice a silhouette of mount Fuji. If I could tell something about kimono pattern, it was inspirated by Klimt's beautiful work (I mean a specific motive from his mosaic made to Palais Stoclet in Brussels - the Tree of Life).

a Waterfall

Hello!

Today - after a long absence - I want to show you one old pastel a Waterfall. Unfortunately I don't remember when I made this picture. In one small book with quotes I noticed a beautiful photo of a waterfall in a forest's depth. I decided to 'pastel' it and that's all.

A Reader - end of story

Hello!

This is a title of my little cycle: A Reader. Well, I created it because I asked myself: How could I encourage somebody to reading? (another reason: it was also connected with passing one exam about social communication :-)

My response was: by feelings and an empathy

Thank you (no. 6), pen, pencil and crayons on paper.

The fact that I love reading books isn't a secret. I think that books are good when people are worrying about something and feeling upset and unhappy. Year ago I saw the same motif in M. Zusak's The Book Thief (btw. that's an amazing book). Reading is helpful especially if everything around looks sad and grey. People could forget about their worries for a while thanks to colorful stories.

Well, I focused much more on a plot than a form (somehow similar to my previous work). I hope this idea could encourage to reading.

So, Have a Nice Day! :-)

next long story as it seems

Hello!

Today I won't write too much. I made a short cycle recently because I wanted to understand something connected with communication among people. I'll just publish it. When I'll show the last one piece of this cycle, then I'll write what's going on.

Everything is ok (no. 1), pencil, crayon and pen on a paper.

By the way, idea about spider came to my mind thanks to Caspar David Friedrich's work. You could find in the link below.

Keiko Kubota - her portrait

Hello!

First of all - Happy and Peaceful Easter! ❤️ Second of all - that's another aim (already!) - the next will be portrait of Hikaru Masai - another singer from Kalafina. In this beautiful but windy day I show you a portrait of Keiko Kubota. I made it in the same style like portrait of Wakana Ootaki - also filled with titles of songs (not only from Kalafina but also from FictionJunction). I hope this time they're more visible.
Unfortunately I cut a bit lower part of drawing (where is an inscription: YANE NO MUKOU NI).

Reverie

Long time no see!

Firstly - I'm sorry for my long absence (again!). I've got lots of things to do and somewhere between them I stopped with my drawings. Well, today I decided to do the same thing I've done with "a hope of the phoenix" - I'll publish not only a drawing but also a poem (THERE <- polish version). I hope you will enjoy this.

Oh, and one more thing.
Why did I decide to draw a theme like "reverie"? Once in one of the books about art I noticed a masterpiece of Dante Gabriel Rossetti. Its title was Reverie
It depicted a beautiful and thoughtful lady.
To be honest, it was a little inspiration for me.
